Earls Terrace, a historic gem in West London, consists of 27 identical Grade 2 listed homes. Yet, despite its beauty, the street and its residences were overshadowed by more popular locales in Kensington. The challenge was clear: illuminate the street's heritage, its proximity to schools, culture, parks, and its potential as an extraordinary family abode. Diving deep into its Georgian roots, we fashioned an identity inspired by the iconic door shape, with a colour palette derived from traditional Georgian tones. The result? A brand and website that not only showcased the singularity of Earls Terrace but underscored why it's worth every penny of its true value.
