Sprint Valley is a behavioural science-led consultancy that helps leadership teams turn strategy into momentum. Through facilitation, strategic ownership and low-risk experimentation, they accelerate alignment, build buy-in, and unlock performance. With clients ranging from Nike to McDonald’s, they needed a brand identity that could meet the moment: confident, compelling and international in feel.

We delivered a complete rebrand, from word mark through to application and motion, rooted in a central idea: taking teams from stuck to unstoppable. The design system we created brings this to life through dynamic shapes that twist, rotate and lock into place, creating a sense of progress even in stillness. Colour plays a vital role too: bright, energetic tones drawn from the world of facilitation signal clarity and creativity. The result is a bold but balanced identity, marrying strategic logic with human warmth in a way that feels both credible and playful.
